AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE REFORM IN NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR
Bill 30 on automobile insurance reform, which was adopted on August 1, 2004 by the Newfoundland and Labrador government, provides comprehensive measures that affect premiums, coverage and the claims process.
