- Driver’s license number
- VIN number (you usually find this on your pink slip)
- Banking information
- Name and address of the leasing and/or financing company
- If you’ve had insurance before, you’ll also need your previous insurance company name and policy number.

In some cases, the confirmation page may indicate some additional steps needed to complete your transaction.
You can also print a summary of the information for your files.

Keep in mind
- You will receive confirmation that you are insured within 48 hours. However, in some cases you may need to provide more documentation before receiving coverage.
- The information you provide must be accurate.
- The only available payment option is pre-authorized withdrawal from a bank account. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards online.
